Marinated wild mushrooms on baby spinach with roasted beets and asparagus, feta cheese, and a white balsamic vinaigrette

Chilled roasted salmon on arugula with fresh pineapple, grape tomato, and scallion with a sesame honey vinaigrette

Organic maple pecan granola and yogurt, with fresh sliced strawberry and pineapple and a side of clover honey

Ham and slaw with swiss cheese
