Traditional boiled dinner - Corned beef, cabbage, potato, carrot

Lamb stew with potato, parsnip, carrot, leek

Colcannon

Apple and barley pudding with cinnamon whipped cream

...and my personal favorite - corned beef and swiss on seeded rye
